30-Day Functional Warranty

This covers any faults or defects that prevent the product from functioning properly under normal use.

  • Internal faults or malfunctions that stop the product from working

  • Technical issues that occur under normal, proper use

  • Products that fail within 30 days due to no fault of the customer

❌ What’s Not Covered
  • Accidental or physical damage after purchase

  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, small marks)

  • Water damage or misuse

  • Faults caused by incorrect installation, tampering, or modification

We’ll assess the issue and decide whether to refund the product.

Return Policy

We accept returns only for faulty or defective products covered under our 30-day warranty.
We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchases

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after collection

How to Return a Product

  2. Provide a short description of the issue (and a photo/video if possible).

  3. We’ll confirm whether the product is eligible and arrange a return or inspection.

  4. Once the item is verified as faulty, we’ll process your repair, replacement, or refund within 5–7 business days.
